Follow these steps to download a CSV of your Google contacts, then upload it below.
Go to contacts.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
Use the checkboxes to select specific contacts, or press Ctrl+A / ⌘A to select all. You can also select a Label (group) from the left sidebar.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right → Export → choose "Google CSV" → click Export. A .csv file will download to your computer.
